Question 1

What do I send for an AI video?

Accepted Answer

People/look + setting/style + any audio or refs. That’s the brief. It can be a film scene, music video, ad, or anything else. Link audio if you have it, say who’s in it (you, face refs, vibe), and sketch the world. Mood boards help; perfection isn’t required.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Depends on length, complexity, and how fast refs land. Most video jobs move in days to a couple of weeks once the brief is clear. UGC and marketing packs get their own timeline after we scope. We’ll say it straight on WhatsApp before we start.

Question 3

Do I need a concept already?

Accepted Answer

Nope. A vibe is enough. If you’ve got a full treatment, great — we’ll sharpen it. If you’ve only got “golden hour + attitude,” we direct from there. Human director energy, not a blank prompt box.

Question 4

What do I get delivered?

Accepted Answer

A full master plus platform cuts: 16:9 for YouTube/desktop and vertical social cuts for Reels, TikTok, Shorts. You own the files. No watermark surprise. Drop-ready, not “good luck editing.”

Question 5

Do you do UGC and marketing too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI videos are the loudest order (films, music videos, ads — all fair game), but UGC and all-type marketing sit in the same kitchen — creator-style clips, social packs, launch visuals, promo cuts. Same WhatsApp / email process.

Question 6

How do we start?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp (+44 7879 399938), email contact@hasenix.com, or hit Start on the site. We reply soon after you message — usually the same day when we’re online. Quick brief, custom quote, then we make it. No portal. No ticket queue.

Question 7

Will you show client names?

Accepted Answer

No. Anonymous by design. Real artists already — names stay private. The frames and builds are the proof. If you want a quiet credit later, that’s your call; we don’t name-drop without permission.

Question 8

Revisions?

Accepted Answer

A couple of clear rounds are in the mix so we can land the vibe. After that, bigger scope changes get a fresh quote — keeps the job fair and the timeline honest. No endless free-revision treadmill.
